Charlie Sheen v Muammar Gaddafi: whose line is it anyway?

Great Britain’s The Guardian has a quiz listing some choice lines made recently by Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi and Hollywood actor Charlie Sheen.  Can you distinguish between them?
